Description

Advertisements sent and received, priority-zero advertisements,
gratuitous ARP and unsolicited neighbor advertisement bursts,
receive-validation errors by reason, and the derived skew and master-down
timers in microseconds (a VRRPv3 skew is sub-millisecond).
