Six are met in internal/component/bgp: 4-3 (the ROUTE-REFRESH Message Subtype selects normal/BoRR/EoRR handling), 5-1 (an invalid-length ROUTE-REFRESH is a NOTIFICATION Route-Refresh Error), and 5-3 (an unknown Message Subtype is ignored and the session stays Established) carry positive+negative tags; 4-1 (send a BoRR before re-advertising), 4-2 (send an EoRR after re-advertising), and 5-2 (the NOTIFICATION data carries the complete ROUTE-REFRESH message) are {single-polarity: positive}.
